Roberto – Founder and Owner of The Chapel

After completing a degree in law, I quickly realised that the profession and study were two very different disciplines and the profession was not for me.

I always had a passionate desire to start my own business and having grown up in Italy spending holidays helping in my parent’s coffee shop, the call to follow in my family’s footsteps was strong. After many years working for corporations I decided to open The Chapel.  I was excited by having the opportunity to design every aspect of the The Chapel – the chairs, the colour of the walls, the branding, the food and drink served.  I strongly believe that serving quality products with great service is what makes the difference between a good coffee shop and a great coffee shop.  The Chapel’s loyal customers seem to agree!!

It's better to have one excellent coffee than 5 mediocre coffees.
